Tindall appeals the dismissal of his third-party action against The Travelers Indemnity Company (Travelers). Tindall contends that the nonjoinder of insurers statute, section 627.7262, Florida Statutes (1987), is inapplicable under the present circumstances and does not bar his third-party action.
