In this appeal from denial of a motion for post-conviction relief, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, appellant alleged that his counsel's ineffective assistance rendered his nolo contendere plea involuntary. The trial court denied the motion, finding it was not filed within the limitation period set forth in rule 3.850. We affirm the order denying post-conviction relief, but on other grounds.
