Following sentencing upon a guilty plea to charges of securities fraud and mail fraud, Parrott filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 challenging the terms of his sentence. The district court reduced the amount of restitution and left all other terms of Parrott's sentence unchanged.
