DURHAM, Justice:

Defendants Earl and Lynn Prothero appeal from the findings and order of the Sixth Judicial District Court in their dispute with plaintiffs Birch Creek Irrigation and water master Marvin Mayers. Initially, Birch Creek obtained a temporary restraining order against the Protheros. Then, at a hearing on Birch Creek's motion for a preliminary injunction, the district court found Lynn Prothero in contempt of court and permanently enjoined both defendants...
