This diversity action was commenced by the plaintiff in April, 1992 to recover on a written equipment lease and personal guaranty signed by the named individual defendants. The plaintiff claims that the corporate defendant Marin Medical Management, Inc. ("Marin Medical") has defaulted on the lease by failing to make any payment since February, 1992.
