In 1971 Judith Ehorn was employed as a teacher by the Board of Education of Robinson Community Unit School District No. 2 (the Board). In 1986, Ehorn became the principal of the elementary school and served as principal until she was reclassified as a classroom teacher in 1991. Ehorn filed a complaint against the Board and its members and prayed for a declaratory judgment that the defendants failed to comply...
