This is a summary judgment appeal. Fourteen-year-old Katherine Singleton was injured on June 2, 1987, in a motorcycle accident. Suit was brought against the motorcycle operator and others. The court appointed the Hon. William E. Hall to represent Katherine as next friend. Hall filed a negligence and gross negligence suit against Katherine's mother and managing conservator Jimmie Lynn...
