PER CURIAM.

The state appeals the trial court's pre-trial order granting the defendant's motion to suppress or quash his seizure and arrest. We reverse and remand, as we conclude the trial court erred in finding that the arresting police officers lacked reasonable suspicion or probable cause to seize and arrest the defendant.
