CLEVENGER, Circuit Judge.

The United States appeals from the judgment of the United States Claims Court granting, inter alia, plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment on their claim for Sunday premium pay for employees who were regularly scheduled to work on Sunday but who availed themselves of authorized annual or sick leave during the scheduled Sunday work hours. Armitage v. United States, 23 Cl.Ct. 483 (1991). We affirm.
