This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Aggravated Sexual Assault. Appellant pleaded guilty to the trial court. The trial court followed the agreed recommendation by the State and sentenced appellant to thirty-five (35) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
