In this case, the trial court was called upon to interpret various provisions of three construction contracts. We find no error in its interpretations and affirm.

Plaintiff, an employee of Insulation Abatement Services, Inc., was injured in a fall from scaffolding while performing asbestos removal work. He sued the owner of the property, Lever Brothers; Lever Brothers' general contractor, Fru-Con; and Fru-Con's subcontractor, Corrigan Company...
