MESSMER v. STATE

No. 92-01602.

625 So.2d 976 (1993)

James Irwin MESSMER, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

October 22, 1993.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Megan Olson, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Christopher M. Sierra, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

The state concedes that the trial court erred in failing to enter a written order revoking probation. See Clark v. State, 510 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 2d DCA 1987). Accordingly, we remand for entry of a written order of revocation specifying the conditions of probation violated. See Dietz v. State, 534 So.2d 808 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988)....
