This appeal arises from the dissolution of a partnership, the Victorian Chicago Arts & Crafts Antique Gallery, which was operated by the plaintiff, Susan Seymour, and the defendant, Sidney Williams. Susan filed a claim against Sidney alleging breach of fiduciary duty and conversion.
