The state appeals the trial court's ruling quashing indictments against the defendants. We affirm.

Defendants were charged by bill of indictment with violations of LSA-R.S. 33:2846 and 47:1641 (failure to collect, account for or pay city and state taxes), and LSA-R.S. 33:2845 and 47:1642 (failure to file or fraudulently filing city sales tax returns and state tax returns).
