OPINION

BARAJAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction for the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. Trial was to a jury. Upon a finding of guilty, the trial court assessed punishment at confinement in the county jail for a period of two years, probated for two years, and a fine in the amount of $500. In two points of error, Appellant asserts that the trial court erred in admitting the results of his intoxilyzer test....
