This appeal arises from a lawsuit brought by James Snyder, as beneficiary of Phoenix Masonry of Texas, Inc., and Phoenix Masonry of Texas, Inc. (collectively, "Snyder"), appellants, alleging that Eanes Independent School District ("Eanes") breached two construction contracts between Phoenix and Eanes.
