WADE, Judge.

A jury convicted the defendant, Otis Junior Overbay, of first degree murder. The trial court imposed a life sentence.

In this appeal, the defendant presents as his single issue for review whether the evidence was sufficient to establish his sanity at the time of the offense. We have determined that the state failed to meet its burden in this respect. We reverse...
