Plaintiff, Medrick Kennedy, Jr. appeals a jury verdict and judgment rendered in favor of the defendant, Louisiana Patient's Compensation Fund (LPCF) dismissing his action for damages for injuries suffered as a result of suffering a stroke while undergoing a three vessel angiogram.
