J. CURTISS BROWN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from two theft convictions. Appellant plead guilty to the theft of a pair of shoes in cause number 609,578 and to the theft of a camera and ten containers of nasal spray in cause number 621,946. In both instances the value of the stolen merchandise was under $750. As a result of two prior theft convictions, appellant was convicted of third degree felony theft pursuant to the third offender...
