Defendant, Sycamore Municipal Hospital (Sycamore), brings this interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 306(a)(1)(iv) (134 Ill.2d R. 306(a)(1)(iv)), from an order of the circuit court of Cook County denying its motion to transfer venue to DeKalb County. Sycamore contends on appeal that the court erred in denying its motion to transfer venue pursuant to paragraph 2-103(a) of the Code of Civil Procedure...
