Janet Curtis, a former employee of Metro Ambulance Service ("Metro") filed suit against Metro for allegedly retaliating against her in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and for intentional infliction of emotional distress in violation of Georgia state law.
