OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

Defendant Ross Gallegos appeals his conviction for four counts of distributing, or arranging to distribute, a controlled substance in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1) (1990). We affirm.

FACTS

In September of 1990, Greg Bennett approached the Provo City Police Department and offered to serve as a confidential informant in exchange for money. Bennett gave the police several names of potential drug sellers...
