This appeal arises from a December 5, 1990, judgment of the Copiah County Chancery Court in a dispute over the conveyance of a title to real property. After a hearing, the chancellor dismissed Houston Collins' claim with prejudice and likewise, denied Beverly Collins' counterclaims for damages. Because the appellant comes into this Court with unclean hands, we affirm the chancellor's dismissal of his claims of fraud. On cross-appeal...
