This appeal arises from a judgment in favor of Charles A. Cashio, plaintiff-appellee against Laurence Macaluso, defendant-appellant, for damages in the amount of $5,000.00 resulting from the theft of Cashio's vehicle from the parking lot of the Amco Transmission Shop owned by Macaluso.
