Wade R. Swanson (Swanson) appeals a jury verdict and district court1 order sentencing him to 168 months' imprisonment under 21 U.S.C. § 841 for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana and 18 U.S.C. § 1956 for money laundering.
