Linda Sykes pled guilty to one count of a four-count indictment charging her with falsely representing a social security number with intent to deceive in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 408(a)(7)(B). The indictment charged that Sykes used false social security numbers four times during a thirty-two month period to obtain credit from various sources. The district court accepted Sykes' plea and dismissed the remaining three counts...
