PER CURIAM:

Appellant Richard Posadas (Posadas), an officer with the Reno Police Department (RPD), was accused of attempting to use his status as a peace officer to influence a traffic court proceeding. A subsequent investigation resulted in Posadas's termination, which was reduced to a suspension after Posadas appealed to an arbitration panel.
