This is the second appeal resulting from a default judgment holding the appellant, Sphere Drake Insurance Company (Sphere Drake), liable to the Bank of Wilson on a casualty insurance claim. In the first appeal we approved the default judgment to the extent it determined Sphere Drake liable on the policy in question but reversed and remanded because the Trial Court had precipitously awarded damages.
