Vivian Telotta's two major sons, Robert J. Telotta and Anthony J. Telotta, Jr., filed wrongful death and survival actions arising out of her fatal vehicular accident. This case was consolidated with Lemaire v. The Motor Convoy 625 So.2d 638 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1993), No. 92-1367 on the docket of this court.
