LEE, District Judge.

Before this Court are defendants' Motion to Dismiss plaintiffs class action alleging age discrimination (Document No. 2) and their Supplemental Motion to Dismiss (Document No. 7). For the following reasons, the defendants' Supplemental Motion to Dismiss will be granted and the case will be remanded to state court.
