Defendant-appellant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., suspensively appeals the trial court's judgment in a tort suit awarding plaintiff-appellee, Connie Webster Mitchell, damages amounting to $7,330.60 for personal injuries she sustained in a slip-and-fall incident at the defendant's store.
