Following a bench trial in juvenile court, defendant M.S. was found delinquent on a charge of criminal sexual abuse. The trial judge adjudicated defendant a ward of the juvenile court of Cook County and placed defendant on two years probation with mandatory counseling. Defendant presents three arguments on appeal.
