Wilson ("Wilson") appeals the district court's imposition of sentence under the United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G." or "guidelines") following his plea of guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 (1988).
