When Defendant-Appellee Eric G. Spade (Spade) constructed a gravel road over property he owned within the Mini Farm Estates Subdivision, Plaintiff-Appellant Mini Farm Estates Neighborhood Association, together with several residents of the subdivision (collectively "the Association") filed a complaint for injunctive relief. The Association complained that the construction and use of the roadway violated certain provisions of a restrictive covenant....
