This appeal is taken from a conviction for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated. After the jury found appellant guilty, the trial court assessed punishment after finding as true the enhancement of punishment paragraph of the information alleging that as a direct result of the offense another person, Nicole Ledford suffered serious bodily injury.
