Jerry A. Crawford appeals his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm that had travelled in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). The district court sentenced Crawford to fifteen years of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release. Crawford raises two issues on appeal: 1) whether the district court erred by failing to dismiss the indictment because Crawford was not brought to trial...
