I. FINDINGS OF FACT

(1) On October 18, 1991, a vehicle operated by petitioner was involved in a collision resulting in the death of an occupant of the other vehicle. As a consequence of this event, on November 6, 1992 following a jury trial, the petitioner was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol (75 Pa.C.S. § 3731) and homicide by vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (75 Pa.C.S. § 3735)...
