Plaintiffs, Harold Raney, Marcus Lambert, Melodi Lambert, Cynthia Lambert Carrier, and Jennifer Lambert Williams, brought suit against Walter O. Moss Regional Hospital and the State of Louisiana through the Department of Health and Human Resources for damages.
