The appellant, Gregory Allen Brown, was indicted for murder, made capital because it was accomplished pursuant to a contract. See § 13A-5-40(a)(7), Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment and recommended that he be sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. The trial court accepted the jury's recommendation and sentenced the appellant to life imprisonment...
