IS THE NAME "FIRST SOUTHERN BANK" DESCRIPTIVE OR GENERIC, AND THEREFORE NOT ENTITLED TO PROTECTION IN THE ABSENCE OF PROOF THAT IT HAS ACQUIRED A SECONDARY MEANING?
