On November 7, 1988, Gerald Bridges, a resident of Pennsylvania, was injured when the automobile in which he was riding as a passenger struck a parked vehicle in Philadelphia. The vehicle, which was being operated by Michael Gary, was owned by Leonard Jones, Jr., and registered in the State of Florida.
