HOUSTON, Justice.

Two personal injury cases and a wrongful death case were consolidated for trial, all arising out of the collision of two automobiles at an intersection in the City of Montgomery. Vernita Grant, the driver of one of the automobiles, was seriously injured in the collision. Nekilla Bailey, who was injured, and Timothy Lucas, who was killed, were passengers in the Grant automobile at the time of the collision. The defendants were Leah Ashley Owens, who...
