A. Introduction

The instant proceeding, in which BARBARA A. JOHNSON ("the Debtor") attacks a secured proof of claim filed by LOMAS MORTGAGE USA, INC. ("Lomas"), in the total amount of $22,485.92, presents, principally, certain issues regarding the conclusiveness of a pre-petition state court foreclosure judgment of June 20, 1991, obtained against the Debtor by Lomas in the amount of $13,309.05.
