This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence rendered following appellant's bench trial in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County. Appellant was found guilty on the charge of driving under the influence1 and not guilty on the charges of stop sign and yield sign violations and reckless driving. Post-trial motions were denied; and appellant was subsequently sentenced to a term of imprisonment not less than thirty...
