Petitioner Theodore Daniel Johnson appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to enforce the judgment of dissolution of marriage and the granting of respondent Shawna Sue Johnson's petition to modify the judgment of dissolution of marriage. The parties were awarded a judgment of dissolution of marriage on May 23, 1989. A paragraph of that judgment indicated Shawna would retain possession of the marital residence...
