I. INTRODUCTION

On June 16, 1992, Harold B. Murphy, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the "Trustee") of Jameson Travel, Inc. ("Jameson" or the "Debtor") filed an adversary complaint against Wainwright Bank & Trust Company (the "Bank"). The Trustee, through his complaint, seeks to recover $90,027.53 plus interest from the Bank pursuant to sections 547(b)1 and 550
