OPINION

GRANT, Justice.

Arthur Lafayette, Jr. appeals from a criminal conviction. He was tried before a jury and found guilty of burglary of a motor vehicle. His punishment was assessed by the jury at ten years' imprisonment.

A citizen observed two men in the Wadley Hospital parking lot taking a tool box out of a parked car and loading it into a pickup truck. She called the police. When the police arrived and turned on their red lights, the pickup...
