In 1983, appellant-claimant, Mariann E. Pavis, was injured in the course of and arising from her employment with appellee General Motors Corporation, B.O.C. Group ("B.O.C."). Her worker's compensation claim was subsequently allowed for cervical and dorsal conditions. In late 1986, claimant was in a nonindustrial automobile accident, injuring her upper and lower back.
