Can defendant Jan Lewis be held liable under the provisions of § 8-27-3, Code of Alabama 1975, or common law, for continued uses or disclosures of a trade secret, after notice of alleged appropriation, if Jan Lewis first disclosed or used the trade secret of plaintiff(s), which allegedly had been misappropriated...
