This appeal concerns guilty pleas to ten misdemeanor thefts of items having a value of less than $100, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:67(B)(3) and five counts of simple burglary, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:62. The sentencing court sentenced defendant, James E.
